Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced a 14 per cent fare reduction on the occasion of upcoming Independence Day on August 14th.
The national carrier has slashed its fare rates by 14 per cent under its ‘Jashan-e-Aziadi’ discount offer with respect to the upcoming Independence Day.

The reduced fare will be applicable for flights between Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore from August 7 to August 14.
In addition to it, a free baggage allowance of up to 73 kilograms will also be granted to passengers within these seven days to commemorate Pakistan’s 73rd Independence Day.

PIA is also set to commence especial flights from Multan, Sukkur and Gwadar on August 13th.
Prior to this, the national carrier had reduced its domestic flight fares by Rs2,428 to Rs 9,572 on July 9 previous month.
