Three Pakistanis have been featured in Forbes’ ‘30 Under 30s 2021 List’ for North America.
According to details, Forbes’ in its 10th edition of ‘30 Under 30s 2021 List’ has listed three Pakistanis for notable services and contributions in various sectors in the North American region.
Danish Dhamani
Danish Dhamani has been listed by Forbes for co-founding ‘Orai’ (Oral AI) with his Drexel University classmates Aasim Sani and Paritosh Gupta back in 2017.
Dhanish is a Pakistani who grew up in East Africa and later moved to United States.
His Philadelphia-based venture has raised US$ 2.3 million in seed funding so far and is on road to become profitable in 2021 next year.
Orai has 5,000 monthly users along with corporate clients including Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Comcast and IBM and individuals who pay US$10 per month.
Faizan Bhatty
Faizan Bhatty co-founded ‘Halo Cars’ with Kenan Saleh back in 2019 when he was enrolled in University of Pennsylvania.
The startup provisions to create new ad space on rideshare vehicles and a way for Uber and Lyft drivers to earn more money.
The cars have smart digital screens on top of them to advertise hyper-targeted advertisements. The company was sold to Lyft within 12 months of its launch.
Asad J Malik
Asad J Malik is a 24-year-old Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ‘Jadu AR’ which is a cellphone application that assists in creating holograms.
He moved to US back in 2016 for studies.
His project ‘Terminal 3’ featured Muslim immigrants, and he also collaborated with Magic Leap titled ‘A Jester’s Tale’.
Currently Malik is based in Los Angeles and has partnered with Verizon to develop educational AR experiences.
