COAS General Bajwa discusses mutual defense cooperation with Saudi ambassador

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Jawed Bajwa met with Nauwaf bin Saeed Al-Malki – Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to Pakistan at General Headquarters (GHQ) Rawalpindi on Monday.

COAS General Bajwa and Saudi ambassador discussed matters of mutual interests and security concerns.

As per the military sources, the two mulled over mutual defense cooperation and ties between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.

The development comes as recently false propaganda and rumors against Pak-Saudi ties have extensively been circulated on media especially social media platforms.

Pakistan and Saudi Arabia share extensive diplomatic and military cooperation.

Former COAS General Raheel Sharif has been serving as the military commander of Saudi Arab based and lead Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC).
