A delegation of the National Commission for Human Rights (NCHR) Sindh visited the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC).
According to officials, the visit’s objective was to assess the provision of basic facilities for patients, monitor the quality of healthcare services and review budgetary allocations, particularly regarding the availability of medicines.
During the visit, Dr Shahid Rasul, executive director JPMC, provided a detailed briefing to the NCHR delegation and outlined the current state of hospital services.
He addressed key queries raised by the commission and explained the challenges and developments within the institution.
