A teacher of Peshawar university has been fired off the allegations of harassment made over 2 years ago.
Amir was a lecturer who was associated with the political sciences department of the Islamia College University and he was accused of harassment by a student in 2019.
The governor of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had made a joint investigation team (JIT) but it could not complete its investigation.
After that, the issue was taken up by the ombudsperson, who has now directed the university of Peshawar to immediately fire the teacher who has been a harasser.
