An accountability court has issued notices to Federal Minister Mustafa Kamal and nine others in a reference pertaining to the illegal allotment of welfare plots in Clifton.
Notices have also been issued to former Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) director general Iftikhar Qaimkhani, former administrator Fazal-ur-Rehman and others.
