Hollywood star and James Bond actor Sean Connery passed away at the age of 90 on Saturday (today).
Sean Connery passed away at the age of 90 in Bahamas. His cause of death has not been made public so far.

Thomas Sean Connery – commonly known as ‘Sean Connery’ was a Scottish actor who was the first-ever artist to portray the character James Bond in film, and starred in seven Bond films altogether.
He won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables in 1988 along with two BAFTA Awards, three Golden Globes Awards, along with the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award.
His prominent movies include Dr. No, You Only Live Twice, Diamonds Are Forever, Never Say Never Again, Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974, The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), Finding Forrester (2000) and The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003).
In a 2003 poll conducted by Channel 4 Connery was ranked eighth on their list of the 100 Greatest Movie Stars.
Navy Career
At 16 years of age, Sean Connery joined the Royal Navy. He trained in Portsmouth at the naval gunnery school and in an anti-aircraft crew and was assigned as an Able Seaman on HMS Formidable.
He was later discharged from the navy age 19 on medical grounds because of a duodenal ulcer.
