False impression being given of CPEC projects being slowed down

Asim Saleem Bajwa – Chairman China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), on Wednesday, rebuked the false impression regarding the slowing down of CPEC projects.

Asim Saleem Bajwa took to social media to announce that the pace of work on CPEC projects has in fact picked up in recent days and the Phase-2 will soon be launched.

“Some detractors giving false impression of CPEC being slowed,” he tweeted.

Furthermore, special assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting announced that the completion of CPEC projects which include two hydel power projects worth $3.5 billion and  $7.2 Billion ML-1 will soon be achieved.
