Jahangir Tareen gets interim bail extension

The Sessions and Banking Courts extended the interim bail of Jahangir Tareen and Ali Tareen till May 19.

According to details, a petition seeking extension of interim bail in the corporate fraud, money laundering and fake accounts case against Jahangir Tareen and his son Ali Tareen was heard in Lahore Sessions Court and Banking Court today.

In the session court, Jahangir Tareen’s lawyer said that there is no transparent investigation in this case, now his investigation has been shifted to Abu Bakar Khuda Bakhsh, when he will be called, we will appear before the FIA.

Interim bail of Jahangir Tareen and other accused in the fake accounts case against Jahangir Tareen has been extended till May 19. The hearing was conducted by Banking Court Judge Amir Mohammad Khan while Jahangir Tareen, Ali Tareen, Rana Naseem. And Amir Waris appeared in court.

Lawyer Jahangir Tareen said that the case in your court is the most disturbing, the allegations are not far from the truth, it is a case of documentary evidence and not an oral statement, the FIA ​​said. This court has no jurisdiction, this case is not a case of any court but an expulsion case.

Talking to media after the hearing, Jahangir Tareen said that whenever there is a date, we appear in the court. If the investigation is not complete, then in both the cases, the date of May 19 has been found.
