One person is reported to have been killed, while another six people have been injured in a cracker attack in Liaqatabad, Karachi.
According to police sources, an office of Ehsaas Emergency Cash Programme was targeted in a cracker attack in Karachi’s Liaqatabad area.
The blast resulted in one casualty, along with another six injuries. One of the people injured in the incident is in critical condition, said the police officials.
Law enforcement agencies including Sindh Rangers and Sindh Police have cordoned off the area, meanwhile further investigation is underway.
Earlier, two rangers personnel, along with one civilian were killed in Ghotki, when a blast targeted a Sindh Rangers vehicle on Friday.
