Quaid’s grandson Aslam Jinnah passes away at the age of 70

Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s maternal grandson Aslam Jinnah passed away in Karachi on Monday.

As per the details, Muhammad Aslam Jinnah was 70 years old and suffered from various illnesses due to his old age.

His funeral prayers were offered after Zuhr prayers, followed by his burial at Karachi’s Muhammad Shah graveyard, New Karachi. He is survived by a widow and a daughter.

Muhammad Aslam Jinnah resided in North Karachi area of the metropolitan city and tackled poverty for much of his life.

For the past 8-10 years Sindh government had been providing financial assistance to the deceased and provided the house he was living in, along with the provision of a driver and a car and his medical bills as well.
