Sharjah is gearing up to welcome Judge Frank Caprio, the former Chief Judge of the Municipal Court of Providence in the USA, as the keynote speaker at the opening ceremony of the 12th International Government Communication Forum (IGCF 2023).
Judge Caprio’s compassionate and empathetic courtroom rulings have earned him global recognition and made him a viral sensation on social media, earning him the endearing title of “The Nicest Judge in the World.” His unique approach to jurisprudence has garnered him a widespread following.
During the IGCF 2023 event, Judge Caprio will not only address the attendees but will also be honored with special recognition at the Sharjah Government Communication Award (SGCA) ceremony, scheduled to take place at the conclusion of the forum’s activities on the second day.
Organized by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau (SGMB), IGCF 2023 is set to be held under the theme ‘Today’s Resources – Tomorrow’s Wealth’ on September 13-14. The event will host an impressive lineup of decision-makers, government officials, intellectuals, and experts in development and communication from across the globe.
IGCF serves as an international platform dedicated to advancing the communication industry both locally and globally. The 12th edition of this prestigious forum promises an engaging program with over 90 activities, including panel discussions, speeches, workshops, as well as pre-forum events, and diverse programs led by a panel of more than 250 local and global experts.
