India is said to have accepted Pakistan’s offer of giving consular access to Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav.
According to details, Indian Charge d’Affaires visited Pakistan’s Foreign Office on Thursday and accepted Pakistan’s offer of granting second consular access to the Kulbhushan Jadhav.
Meanwhile, the place where Kulbhushan Jadhav is being detained has been labelled as ‘sub-jail’.

The development comes as earlier, on July 8, Pakistani officials revealed that Kulbhushan Jadhav who was working for Indian intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW) had refused to appeal against his sentence.
Pakistani officials had highlighted the fact that Indian government has been approached on multiple occasions pertaining to the legal issues regarding Kulbhushan Jadhav. However, the neighboring country had not submitted any response, the noted.
Khulbhushan Jadhav aka Hussain Mubarak Patel was arrested inside Balochistan in Mashkel near the border region of Chaman on March 3, 2016, on charges of working for Indian intelligence agency RAW and being involved in various terrorism and espionage activities inside Pakistan.
He was sentenced to death by a Field General Court Martial (FGCM) in 2017, following which India had approached ICJ, which then turned downed Indian request for his release, and directed Pakistan to grand consular access to Mr Jadhav.
