Government launches a complaint management system for health workers

The federal government has launched a complaint management system for health workers combating the novel coronavirus.

Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Health Dr Zafar Mirza has announced that the government has launched a complaint management system in a bid to resolve issues faced by health workers.

He added the system will address grievances of healthcare workers on a priority basis.
