Director General (DG) Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Babar Iftikhar on Thursday congratulated the nation on the 73rd years of Independence – and declared that having an independent country is the biggest blessing, ask from the Kashmiri Occupied mothers who bury their young sons sheathed in Pakistani flag –
