Six soldiers martyred in North Waziristan: ISPR

Six Pakistan Army soldiers were martyred in an IED attack targeting a military convoy in North Waziristan, ISPR reported on Thursday.

According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), an improvised explosive device (IED) attack targeted a military convoy near Razmak, North Wazirstan.

Six Pakistan Army personnel including one officer and five soldiers were martyred in the terrorist attack, said ISPR.

The deceased have been identified as Captain Umar Farooq – 24, Naib Subedar Riaz Ahmed – 37, Naib Subedar Shakeel Azad – 44, Havaldar Younas Khan – 36, Naik Muhammad Nadeem – 37, Lance Naik Asmat Ullah – 30.
